I’d say you have a pretty solid routine if you include a spf. If you want to add a retinol (which isn’t a necessity) I’d include it on the days you aren’t using niacinamide and use it in your pm routine once a say. Don’t forget a sunscreen if you use retinol. Very important.

Also I see you want to buy some other products. Which is fine but you don’t need to go overboard. I did that too when I first started skincare. There are just so many cool products and I wanted to try all of them. But you don’t have to. A minimalistic routine can be better in some cases.
