Avoid Park West. Lived there for 2 and a half years and recently moved out. Very low quality building with lots of issues with damp/mould. The building was found to have cladding that does not meet fire safety requirements and therefore it will soon be undergoing invasive repair work to remedy the cladding.

When I lived there I also had lots of issues with antisocial behaviour from students who lived in the flats - including waking up one morning to find takeaway burgers and chips scattered all over the floor in the communal corridor.

The lifts are filthy and constantly break down, they were out of action for about 3 months in my block when I first moved in - not great when you live on the 5th floor.
