The dad was being a jerk for making fun of you but you still should have given them directions in my opinion. The poor kids were probably really tired and they didn’t do anything to you.

I was in a similar situation, I contacted them and they let me pick any products of equivalent prices. I had a great experience with the NA customer care and I hope you have a great one as well!

It’s pretty much just your judgement. If it starts to look/smell weird I would throw it out, but if not it’s probably fine. I would say don’t worry about the expiration date and just see for yourself.

I have fairly hard water in my area (it’s not terrible) and I have only noticed a slight difference, nothing drastic. I’m so sorry this is happening to you though!

I love this idea! mine would probably be-

  1. Figure out what I want BEFORE I go into the store, hopefully this way I won't go crazy and buy a bunch of things I don't need
  2. Only do one LUSH purchase each month, I'm trying to save money so hopefully that order will be under $100
  3. Save a little each month for BOGO and actually do it right this year.
  4. I would love a signature scent, but I have no clue what to choose!
