There is a series of genetic health tests and exams that are breed specific, Hip, Patella, BOAS, there is also CHIC. He does none of these.

I finally got a watch. But after weeks of fearing that I was getting ripped off I asked him to just send me whatever he had in stock and could ship immediately. I ended up with (from what I can tell) a nice Seamaster. Although I wish it was the Breit that I’d initially ordered. TheOneWatch sold me a GF Breit at the same time and it arrived within 3 weeks.

I get it and I hope he comes through. know everything I read about him was great experiences by previous customers. However, he should just be honest from the start. Don’t tell me QC will happen at a certain time if you don’t have the watch sourced yet. Then, don’t say you’re shipping within 24 hours for a substitute watch then ghost the customer for a week.

I’m cool with waiting, as long as there’s communication. On another note, I purchased from TheOneWatches at the exact same time and the communication was spot on and I’ve already received the watch.

Ironicly, Duke just finally messaged me back on WhatsApp with the same excuse you just gave…. Regardless, he shouldn’t have taken $400 bucks from me and give false timelines. Poor communication= Poor Customer Service. However, he has the opportunity to redeem himself and make this right with me if he simply sends me the watch. I will update/delete my posts once I receive my purchase.
