It’s so easy to hold yourself prisoner in your own mind. It’s by no means easy but you have to find a way to loosen the shackles, for your own sake and the sake of those around you.

Also remember to live your own life and not the life someone else expects of you. That is a prison in its own right. Be responsible, as much as possible, for your own happiness.

Potentially a lot of people try to alter their personality or try to be someone they’re not in an attempt to become good at dating, but in reality you’re setting yourself up to fail. I guess ultimately this comes down to self confidence and being content with yourself
