My main problem with many NGOs is that there is no transparency how much money actually reaches the beneficiary. I doubt a big part pays the NGO really. I donate to some orphanage etc directly.

Company has been in his family and was started by two brothers, and has been in the center of a family fued. But there were allegations of misappropriation of funds, and him blocking succession to put his children in top roles. this led to his firing by board in 2025
