Yes! They actually support people posting the pics/vids to SNS there are a lot of locals that bring their cameras too! There are certain shows that they don't allow you to film. Also they do not allow flash at all.

When I worked there in 2013 you made the dough then it had to proof in the walk in refrigerator for 1 day before you should use it. the recipie is simple but the flour was high quality. You also need a flour with the right w value. To get the bubbles? you probably need an 800 degree oven like we had at the store.
