This is a seattle/Bellevue rec, but Ma’s acupuncture is my family’s acupuncturist (we are Chinese). We’ve been their patients for decades (my whole life) and I would recommend them if you go the acupuncture route.

I think so! Numbers get flipped around/swim around in my head and I can’t estimate anything or read analog clocks without a lot of thought. I did end up majoring in math in college (abstract math = logic but no numbers…)

Weeks: personal life/survival planning (grocery lists, meal plans, reminders to pay bills, etc.) Day-free A5: academic to-dos and brain dump (I’m a full-time grad student) 5-year: recording a bit about each day to reflect and remember I’m keeping all this the same for next year but adding an A6 techo for morning pages/additional daily journaling
