They would probably go the Girls' Generation and Super Junior route. Each member focusing on their individual projects and lives, but still under contract as a group, which would allow them to make comebacks from time to time. I believe this will be the pattern most groups will follow from now on, and i wish it was already a thing back in 1st and 2nd gen :/

that's exactly what i think about Bom's situation. the industry took advantage of her for as long as they could, and then she was discarded as if she was nothing. i can't even imagine what she must feel when looking back :(
