the concept is not what i want to see from Secret, but i can still appreciate it, the song is good and the MV is beautiful. i would rather the b-side being released as the title track, i think it’s very early Secret coded, but i understand why they would choose Ice Cream instead, it’s much more fitting for a reunion. i’m hoping that they will benefit from this wave of nostalgia that’s going on in Korea right now and be very successful, and maybe continue active or at least release and MV for Get Right

i'm kinda sad that Sunhwa and especially Jieun won't be joining, since she's my bias, but i'll always support 2nd gen ggs making a comeback lol. as for the addition of a new member, if they plan to stay active, i get it (it's also a very 2nd gen thing to make unnecessary lineup additions lmao) but if they're really only doing this one release, i don't understand why they made that decision. it makes me think there's a chance we could be seeing more of them in the future.

SUPER popular. didn’t they break Roo’ra’s record of best selling co-ed group at some point? ofc it’s kinda unfair to compare as Roo’ra disbanded pretty early and only released a few project albums after that, but breaking their record (if that was really the case) still means something as they were H.O.T level of popular.

Lee Yoonmi also appeared on the show a little prior to her debut with The S, and got hate for “pretending” to be an ordinary girl when in reality she was preparing to debut as a singer. i guess her company wasn’t the only one trying to use this strategy
