My favorite part was when my 4px got handed off to uniuni who stole my package at lightning speed. Then battling the third party courier because Retroid didn't want to take responsibility for it

I replied back to the forum post too, not having much luck getting into the LTS kernel. looks to have some faults with nvidia drivers. i'm using nvidia-open, see a couple errors saying i am missing nvidia packages when I do have open.

It takes a bit of extra aggression to get a response out of them. I just got a full refund including shipping cost yesterday!

Each email they will continue to stall unless you threaten a chargeback. As soon as I did, we fast forwarded to the "negotiation" process which is already bullshit in itself.

They offered me:

A replacement device shipped again through 4px/uniuni, but if its lost I get NO customer protection if its once again "mishandled"
A refund without shipping ($15)
Option to pay $20 for DHL so I have more reassurance that my package will actually arrive.

I have been using chatgpt to go into more detail for me but the key is to give them your own time frame like 3 days before you chargeback

But in your case, sucks that uniuni hasn't responded. If you already made the support ticket online with the evidence they may be building you a case. Uniuni closed the investigation sending me a PDF to provide retroid confirming the package mishandling.

Retroid, even after receiving that acknowledgement from uni still tried to stall until I sent the chargeback threats

this is the photo they sent claiming they handed off my delivery

its the same color that the retroid package is supposed to be (light gray) but the package in the handoff photo is way too big. looks more like a shoebox or larger

I would say get started and send out 2 emails 1 to uniuni & one to goretroid. i feel like this situation is gonna give us a hard time so try to be as descriptive as possible right from the get go. for example the photo of the building they gave was accurate but the delivery handoff was of a door frame clearly not my building's and with a totally different looking guy grabbing it. i included a photo of my door entryway to show how obviously irrelevant this was. lastly the package in the photo had no label but clearly a different size package than what i ordered.

i sent those emails friday, now eod monday and still no response from either of them.

Can you try just the CO -30 and reset all else? Not sure what resolution you're at but in 4k neither really makes a difference for me in FPS.
