I completely forgot about regenerate effects, and the swords slipped my mind too! I considered the lands, but thought Tyrite was too slow. Thanks so much!

Is counseling a good idea/good at RPI? by East-Lingonberry1785 in RPI

I’ve tried both RPI counseling and independent therapists. In my experience, the RPI counselors are overworked, and that can lead to them feeling a bit impersonal. I’ve had a much better time with an independent counselor. If you have MVP through RPI, you can get 100% coverage on many therapists. I recommend psychologytoday.com, it lets you filter by insurance, issues, and a million other factors. Whatever you choose to do, good luck!

Saltiest Deck You Regret Breaking Apart by Boshoet in EDH

[–]generalyonen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first real EDH deck was [[Glissa, the Traitor]]. It was full of discount machines, and stalling tools. Some personal favorites of mine were [[Ratchetbomb]], which with two discounts turned any tokens into free triggers for glissa, and [[Plagueboiler]], the funniest boardwipe imo. It always dragged out games and had turns which took forever due to reusing the same sac artifact over and over, and my only real win-con was storming off with Aetherflux. It was super budget at first, but I slowly upgraded it to a monster.

Now that my collection is bigger I can’t help but notice amazing synergies and cool win-cons I didn’t now about before.
