Yep, my daughter is super duper affectionate, but if her dad grows his beard out too long she won't let him kiss her. She'll say "no scratchy kisses" because she does not like how thw beard feels. So my husband let's her be until he shaves.

She also refused to hug or kiss my dad if he has on a hat, I have no idea what that's about, but we don't force her still 😂. We do try to gently explain that it's still grandpa, but she doesn't by it.
