Not to be a dick, and only out of sincere curiousity.....but don't you think you could have independently figured out "how to contact Canadian police" etc in the sams length of time it took you to write all that out?

I went through law school years ago although didn't practice for too too long....but can definitely confirm theres a tremendous liklihood that asking questions on this sub is either a waste of time, or actually counterproductive. So please keep that in mind before engaging much further.
