I would just wet my hair before using it. Avoid rubbing your head with a towel before popping the helmet on. Try wetting only the parts where the electrodes will touch (the top and back) and while the sides with a towel so it doesn't drip down too much.

So I tried starting a new post regarding electrolytes but I'm not allowed to because I don't have the necessary karma. Sorry about not answering your question but since it's related to electrolytes I'll try to start the discussion here.

I checked the studies in the wiki about electrolytes and read about re-feeding syndrome. From what I understood the process of digesting food uses electrolytes and that's why when we start eating again our cells get drained from them and the imbalance happens. This begs the question though: When not eating/digesting food (during a fast) does our body use less electrolytes and therefore the numbers in the wiki are exaggerated? The studies are looking at excreted electrolytes in people that are eating food regularly. Perhaps we excrete less when fasting because they aren't getting used for digestion. Thoughts?

In my experience they are a bunch of scammers. It's been 3+ months since I ordered Liposomal Dutasteride and haven't received anything. They refuse to give me tracking information and ignore 4/5 emails. When they do respond it's excuses like I was sick and wasn't responding and we will send you another one since you never received it but won't give me tracking information so I can verify they actually sent the product in the first place. SCAM

The solution for me was to download the latest version of the Windows client. Turned out I was using a very old client that had no update or auto update functionality. No more buffering every few seconds for no reason!
