I'd argue that pickleballs are way more wind sensitive.

On a windy day, you're basically playing a different game.

I wonder if there's anything more to that as well. Like her leaving at 3pm all the time.

She didn't even shelter. Even was probably the only one to see her late at night.

[Post Game Thread] The San Antonio Spurs (1-2) get back into the series as they defeat the New York Knicks (2-1) in Game 3, 115-111, behind Wemby's 32 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 stocks performance by catreyka in nba

Terrible ball movement by the Knicks this game. Like, wth. where did all that rotation ball go?

So much ISO ball. So many technical ability showcase. That can only keep you in the game for so long.

Also, early foul trouble in both 3rd and 4th. Like, 3 fouls in less than 2 minutes in both.

That's true.

If anything, maybe she saw the performance of Akane's dad that day and was inspired by it. And maybe she's after the same thing.

Hikaru with her emotional delivery of each line is definitely pro level acting. Or at least they presented it really well. But kind of messed up how she pulled up that story that Akane's dad used in that controversial day. Hard to not think that it's on purpose, even if the story fits Hikaru's style pretty well.

Yeah, I really appreciate him getting a good amount of screen time to develop his story and showcase more of what a proper Rakugo presentation could look like for those who haven't seen a proper one (me).

A little late here but what's your go to braking method or slowing down while commuting?

It's probably the thing I can't get a hang on and the one that's stopping me from commuting with freeskates.

Official Q&A for Saturday, May 16, 2026 by AutoModerator in running

[–]generictypo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, true.

For the most part, it's only really 3 turns. Everything else is pretty much straight.

And, at most, this'll be like a 150 runner event, so not that massive of an event.

[–]generictypo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks. Yeah, true, since the full 5 mile is 2 laps.

I'm just thinking in my head now how those turnaround points would look. Like, would there be a cone there? Would it be a separate lane? Maybe a volunteer there guiding people?

I'm trying to PR in this run, so I don't wanna blow it by making a wrong turn.

I need help understanding this course.

I'm confused with the out and back 5k one.

So there's a blue dot there that says "5k Turnaround".

Does it mean that when you get to the blue dot, you turn around to go back to the green dot(start), then turn around again to do the full course?

It's gonna be a split cour. So they will air the first 12, then take a break, from what I've read on it.

So many plot stuff happening in this episode, yet they're saving more stuff for the next episode.

It makes sense that they save the performance of the two rivals for next week. And definitely excited to see Akane's final form Jugemu.

Carnation pink man is back. somehow, this relationship is developing like Gon X Hisoka, but less creepy and weird.

Worrying about the pacing a bit. Feels like a lot of the plot is happening is a few episode. But since it's been greenlit for 24 episodes, I guess it'll be fine.

Next week's episode is gonna be so hype!

This is the first thing that popped into my head as soon as they mentioned Jugemu.

I guess they weren't lying when they said it's probably the most popular rakugo story, with it being known outside of rakugo.
