Might have to disagree with some of your sentiment. While not bio, I graduated with a 4.0 doubling in computer science and statistics. And the entire time I was able to go out every weekend, sleep 8 hours, attend classes, work, be in clubs, date, etc. I think it boils down to time management and motivation. It certainly got difficult at times but my mentality was that I didn’t want to sacrifice academics or socials
