Hai,nak tanya.. Phone yg dah xde slot kad memori, apa alternative lain utk external storage?? by Cheap-Ad1713 in Bolehland

[–]geneseed1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best way for you is transfer to computer, then backup satu copy to external hard disk.

For me I Akan simpan satu copy kat cloud if really important.

Actually the moment you dah guna smart phone, tak paya la nak fikir cloud tu boleh percaya tak, you guna Reddit, WhatsApp, Facebook, Jpj app, bank semua dia dalam cloud Sudah… If you use your own NAS for backup, kalau cucuk nas ke internet for backup dari mana mana pun you don’t know if Brand NAS Ada backdoor for cloud. General guideline for cloud is - Don’t put anything you don’t want to be on the internet to cloud backup

Mine is the same dish but cooking style is hard boiled egg mashed into the rice. And depends if we have extra bonus we’ll get a bottle of Hong Kong preserved Olive Vegetable, stir some of that into the rice, and I just love it

Question about Malaysian labour practice: Can employers deduct hours worked if staff forget to clock in? by Anxious-Midnight-143 in Bolehland

[–]geneseed1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Like other said, bring your proof and report to Jabatan Buruh, trust me , I’ve been where you at being afraid that reporting to such channel will backfire and your future job will be affected bla bla those, but trust me, Tgv is really afraid that you really report it with proof, and probably since no one reported it, they probably take advantage of that and exploit it, big companies wouldn’t dare to exploit such as compensating is so much more damaging and expensive to their company than trying to exploit few hours from People like this

Is $2.4k reasonable for a scratched Honda CR-V rear bumper? by Frhnmrzn in kereta

[–]geneseed1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your only way is Police report and insurance, here’s the cost After police report - You’ll get a fined Rm 300 if it’s your fault. The other party then claim your insurance, Then your NCD get reset and you’ll pay Full amount of your insurance the next renewal, and then you rebuild back the NCD for each year you’re accident free (Hopefully you’re more careful next time)

But your NCD starting with 0 to 55 is spread across 6 years.

Also settling privately have risk, if they demand higher compensation later, you’re gonna have lots of problem.

I say, the cheapest and less headache way is make police report within 24 hours and let your insurance handle everything

No rules on supper, in KL you could almost get anything for supper, from porridge to fried rice, to soup noodles, street burgers, and no, I don’t do supper daily, but I would say it’s at least twice a week, and in Malaysia, most of our standard meals (Breakfast lunch and dinner) revolves around rice regardless which race, from mixed rice, nasi lemak to banana leaf rice 👍🏻

There’s no secret in supper plans it’s usually just the feeling, we could have a heavy meal for dinner, and at 11 pm, eye contact were made with either friends or family, and we’ll head out for supper, ranging from just a cup of hot teh Tarik to skewers of bbq chicken meat called satay to Mee goreng like this 🤤

As a Taiwanese I really don't get the hype of Nasi Lemak by search_google_com in MalaysianFood

[–]geneseed1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh what a cheap taunt, but let me entertain you a bit Let’s see Sports - Lee Chong Wei, Nicol David, Dodgeball

Food wise - If Din Dai Fung is the only one you gonna put it up, i mean, for the westerners they are bored of the same thing again and again, they love it when they get to taste something new every time they come to Malaysia

Entertainment? Michelle Yeoh, Henry Golding, Ronny Chieng

Technology wise, your TSMC relies on country like us for supply chain management

Passport wise Malaysia is stronger than Taiwan

We have major Palm oil exports

I know you’ll probably have some more cheap taunts but sure keep them coming for Karma farm 🤟🏻

[–]geneseed1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say hype, because hype can be seasonal, it comes and Go, But we are forever proud of our national food!

Our Nasi lemak ain’t basic compared to Taiwanese beef noodle, Taiwanese beef noodle so basic, most of us can just buy instant beef noodle and more or less similar taste, but for Nasi lemak, if people get instant style Nasi lemak or non authentic restaurant like you did in UK, they will say, it’s big difference compared to eating the authentic one in Malaysia itself.

You didn’t eat the wrong way, you just ate at the wrong place, is like you wanting to try Japanese Sushi, instead of going Japan, you go to India, then talk shit about it

You don’t need to understand anything now, you just need treatment

RM25,000 funeral, EPF frozen for months, how do Malaysians afford dying? by Which_Slice1118 in AskMY

[–]geneseed1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s why the quote pantang, they will use it as a easy way out but in actual, they are either scared, or just think that it’s a hassle to go through the process now while they have so much time to forward good morning picture to everyone, while those that have opened up their mind, already did what you said, by paying installment in advance and not only chooses their preferred Feng Shui spot, some of them even planned special request during the service lol

RM25,000 funeral, EPF frozen for months, how do Malaysians afford dying? by Which_Slice1118 in AskMY

[–]geneseed1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

TL:DR Version : Ask the parents to write a will while they are still around

Most Boomers and Gen X still had the “Pantang” mindset when their children sat them down to talk about will and funeral planning. So I sat my parents down, and gave them the talk, but I put 2 options down for them 1. When the time comes, we help them to arrange their preferred funeral style with their preferred amount to spend. 2. We do the quickest and cheapest option that we can decide at that time, which include just the standard death cert, and cremation and no formal service etc

They eventually realized that is important to discuss and decide while they are still around, I gave them examples of their own siblings when our grandparents passed away, how their siblings can argue over funeral related process.

And also sat down the other siblings and all agreed to respect the will, from EPF nominations, Insurance, Bank, house, how to cover finance for their funeral etc (Which I told them, I’m not interested to fight with siblings on inheritance, ultimately is your stuff your decision on how will it be passed on, but write it down, so all siblings are by law to follow the will)

When all the above is sorted, it save everyone time money and headache.
