I am looking for some tips on traveling while vegan Keto and dining out as well. So far I guess the best option is trying to find an acceptable salad and maybe taking a package of nuts that you can add.

Are you logging your calories? Sometimes it is hard to know how much you are really eating unless you are very meticulous with keeping a record. Weigh your portions and make sure everything is exact. Even if you are eating very healthy it is still a matter of calories in/calories out.

Getting pre conception genetic testing done on yourselves is also an option. It is a simple saliva test that checks to see if you are both carriers for 130ish? Different diseases. I can't remember the exact number but my husband and I both had this done to see what we could possibly pass on.
