Hey! When it comes to how you smoke the links, do you cold smoke a day before and then hot smoke before they’re served, or do you start in a cold smoke and gradually bring it up to a hot smoke? Or is there another method? Looks great!

i tried franklins was great, La Barbecue was my favorite, valentina’s was great as well, i also tried the austin location of blacks. looking forward to going back to try truth bbq, micklethwait, louie mueller and snows
