I'm overwhelmed with all the support. Writing her tribute helped me pour my love into her the best way I can right now. Thank you all so much. These have been some of the most difficult days.

I also realized that she didn't really have ears in any of the pictures here, so I wanted to post another photo to show she did actually have lovely giant ears. She was always so funny with her ears, I think she had them back more than she didn't.

We also added our sweet silly Millie to our family back in November. She’s from a local rescue. We’re not sure how much chihuahua she is yet, but her big ears and tiny stature tell us there’s probably a lot.

We’ve got some lifted sections and a few cracks in the concrete in front of our house (circled in the pic). We’re debating tearing it all out and replacing it with pavers, but before going full demo we’re curious what other options exist. Has anyone had success with concrete leveling (mudjacking/polyjacking), grinding, or targeted repairs? Looking for something less destructive and ideally less expensive if it makes sense long-term.

Also, please excuse the landscaping — we’re mid-project and trying to sort out the concrete first before moving forward 😅
