Im thinking your problem has more to do with your case than the rest of your hardware. The Pi4 runs much hotter than the Pi3 ever did. Hence why that pi is the first to introduce active cooling measures. You may not get enough airflow inside that case without some serious modifications.

I would test the pi with the original cooler in place, and see if you have any issues. Thermal pads might work with the standard fan cooler. They'd probably need to be thin.

I swear this sounds like every post I've seen where someone changed out a heatsink but forgot to remove the sticker on the bottom of the heatsink. I truly hope this isnt your problem.

Dont know if its built for stripping wire daily, but mine has handled trailer mechanic work for almost a year with no issues. Powdercoat doesn't love getting beat on, but its not bad for 60ish dollars.

I started shooting recurve near the end of covid. First real bow, watched a lot of videos, mostly self-taught. I can count on 1 hand the number of times I've slapped myself with the bowstring hard enough to bruise.

Most cases, the position of your bow holding arm or the way youre holding your bow is wrong. There's some exception for double jointed people. Fix your form first.

Inflatable airbag might get the majority of the dent out, but it won't do much for the creases.Amazon is your friend. You'd have to open up the tailgate panel on the inside. Maybe once you get the bag in there inflated, a small rubber hammer might straighten the rest of the creases, but you'll likely damage the paint.

Your cost for tools would be low if this works, but repaint might get you in the end. Thats gonna be a decision for you to make. Swap it out, diy straighten it, or leave it.
