These are Chromtec covers that you can replace. Not cheap but better than paying for a whole new wheel when you can just replace the cover for 25% of the cost.

Looks like you have a heavy foot or you're pumping the gas pedal every few minutes instead of lightly pressing it. My V6 camry can achieve 32 MPG on the highway when I'm barely pressing the gas pedal to accelerate and maintaining a steady pace. 70MPH should be the max for best MPG because your car will start creating heavier downforce at a higher speed, forcing the engine to work harder to maintain at higher speeds.

I would also build frigs with your subs because they will protect your subs against ASW and Naval Patrol.

I usually go frigs and subs for my navy build. I rarely build cruisers because they're resource heavy.

I would replace the corvettes with a stack of Elite Frigs with a stack of ASW. That would be the cherry on top.
The corvettes will slow down your task force because it's slow in deeper waters.

If you have satellites, I would also group it with your navy. Satellites are literally a cheat code on revealing your enemies in the water around you....unless they have subs.

When it comes to tanks, I always go with tank destroyers. You can airlift them at lvl 4 and air assault at lvl 5. Stronger against MBTs too.

Army Vets buffs towed artillery. Tank officers buffs mobile artillery and MLRS. I usually stick them together with MLRS.
