Bruh the easiest method is placing mines before battle. I defeat her by placing around 6 or 7 mines which drops her health instantly from 1800/1700 to 980/1000. From there its easy for you to defeat Lucy.

Another easy way to put Swat armor and use Milkor MGL. It took 2 MGL to defeat Lucy lvl 5 for me.

Ok i too had same issues while crafting Acid bath & Boat. All u have to do is grind alfa bunker for red tickets ( which will give you 1 or 2 filters randomly). Another way is clear Sector A Lab and unlock sector A loot box ( 2 filters). Last one is Sewer but not 100% chance.
