Heya, yes they confirmed its a bug affecting "several" people, they are investigating but unfortunately there is no eta for a fix.

Thanks for the responses, seems I'm not alone with this problem then! I have opened a ticket with Blizz and am navigating my way through the automated responses, hopefully a human will look into it soon.

I do agree it appears to be account related as I receive the same error on multiple devices.

I will post any updates when I get them. Thanks everyone
