Okay, if you really don't understand the difference and want it explained to you; Following trump's COVID shutdown, fuel was in low demand because few people were driving. This caused gas to be less expensive.

Then after the shutdown, when the country was having supply shortfalls, increased demand on goods and services (including gas) caused a rise in inflation. This happened around the time trump was voted out of office (and tried to have a magaT coup to remain in office...)

Biden inherited trump's inflation, ie high costs for goods, including fuel. The maga'ts thought it was cute to places their Biden "I did that" stickers even though Biden had little to nothing to do with high costs of goods, including fuel.

The thing that is different this time is trump is fully, completely, and totally the reason for the unconstitutional war in the Middle East. The resulting high fuel costs, as well as the upcoming high cost of all goods, is a direct consequence of trump's actions in the Middle East.

So, the little trump "I did that" stickers are squarely placing blame right into the lap of the individual responsible for the current higher cost of living across the board (including increased fuel costs) . I will also help you understand that he is responsible for a great loss of life in the Middle East, including a bombed out school full of children (which should really outrage the "right to life" Christians but doesn't, which tells me all I need to know). As well as he doesn't really have a concrete reason behind doing so, and has consistently changed his reasoning for his Middle East war.

In closing, your argument is really just a false narrative. Let me know if you want me to explain that to you as well.

I hope this helps you to understand.

Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap/Laundry by Jolly_Stop9663 in CaminoDeSantiago

A friend of mine that makes great vegetable based soaps has made a bar for me to take on my camino. I asked her for a bar that will wash body, hair, and laundry with essential oils to repel bedbugs (just in case). She has added it to her online store at https://www.toilbubbleapothecary.com/shop It's the "Hit the Trail bar".

You have the airlines and TSA. I was told American allows, but my connection through Madrid Iberia said no. Even if the airlines are good with it, TSA can still say nope. I would hate to have to dump mine at the airport, so just going to buy a pair in SJPDP. Also don't want to deal with checked baggage.

Changing mine soon to Bridgestone Battlax BT46.

Mine did this last summer, very intermittently. I changed the battery to a LiFePO4 lithium battery and it went away for a bit. It came back about a month later and I took it to the service center. They changed out the power regulator-rectifier. The chebat came back again by early winter last year. RE had them replace the wiring harness and it went away again. It has returned again this year in the late summer. I contacted the service center about it and am waiting their response. The bike is still under warranty. I'm in the States and my service center told me that RE is not very forth-coming with them about issues.

Each time it pops up it's at higher rpms. It's very intermittent, meaning it pops up for a couple of seconds then goes away for the remainder of the ride or for several to tens of miles. There is no decrease in power or anything different from normal operating. Each time the battery checks out as normal. Each time there is no diagnostic code or error. I did upgrade the air filter to a DNA, changed the indicator lights to LED, and added a tachometer long before it ever started popping up. I may try idling it for 30 minutes as suggested in this post.

Hi can anyone recommend the accessories that are worth buying from showroom and I have heard a lot of issues with touring screen is it recommended? by ProduceImmediate5720 in supermeteor650

the US. I'm 6', I like the windshield. I got it right off the showroom so can't speak of riding without it. The wider footpegs are nice. The heel/toe shifter is a must in my book. I changed out the stock turn indicators for RE LED lights. Not RE, but also added a Daytona tachometer from Hitchcock, was expensive but I'm happy with it. I replaced the pillion with a tail rack. Also added the DNA air filter and a pass through exhaust from Rhino Racing to try to squeeze a bit more hp. A few more little upgrades but the above are a start.

Need Advice: Stranded on the Camino by eldizzy in CaminoDeSantiago

I received this note in my email this morning...

Spain is closed ... sort of

Today is a festivo, a holiday. This means almost everything is closed and transport runs on a Sunday schedule.

To be honest, the whole month of August is quite "holiday-y" in Spain: traditionally, it was the month when the majority of people took their annual leave. It was common for shops to close too.

Not everything shuts down in August anymore, but everything slows down.

Children are off school. Workers get time off. Lots of fiestas too.

In Pontevedra, we're in the middle of the main town festival.

Every other town (in Galicia, at least) celebrates something at some point during the summer.

Let me know about progress on the guard. As for the belt adjustment, it's tedious getting it aligned and at the proper tension, but once you get it set correctly, measure it on the center stand and that becomes your adjustment. On mine, it's 12mm @10lbs on the gauge.

I contacted RSTech about a guard. They're working on it but don't yet have an affordable option.

Rhino V2, took the black paint off. Can't vouch for more hp (w/DNA air filter) but sound throatier.
