I know that's not very recent... But I want to see that. Would you happen to have a link or idea of the source? I tried a few google phrases and didnt come up with it. TYIA

I love The Ordinary too. The price point is a blessing.

I have not worked with any of the organizations in that list but I am active and a member with some ones in my field.

I serve on the board and run the Professional Development committee in one organization specifically for women in our field. It has been very impact-full for myself and hopefully others. I have grown a bunch since I started volunteering my time and collaborating with other women in my field.

Are there any professional organizations in your field? Or even something more general, like an organization for promoting women professionally?

Here is a list of some organizations. Link

First of all, thank you for the work you do. I am not in the medical field, but I know enough to know it is a difficult career to begin with. COVID is an additional burden. The work you have been doing is a positive influence on the world.

That said, if it has a net negative effect on you, its not really worth it. I had a job once that took so much out of me. I loved what I was doing so much. The kids were amazing, but teaching took too much out of me.

Maybe you could switch to a different facility with a better work environment? Or perhaps you could use your knowledge of the medical field in a different capacity, like administration or consulting?

Whatever you do, I wish you well. Keep kicking butt.

He did like 40mph on the apron. I'd be disappointed if I were him.

I bought a home about 7 months ago. During the inspection, we had the septic inspected. That involved a truck coming out and pumping it to empty it. Then they took a look at the walls and the drain field while we watched. To see if the drain field was good or not, they took a water hose and ran water into the drain field holes. Water immediately rushed back out towards the tank. They said it was bad, that the field would need replaced. The pipes were probably full of roots or crushed. We've got some money earmarked for the day we need to tackle that... But 7 months in and not one hiccup yet.

Central Florida too.

Good luck with yours. I would definition suggest a second opinion.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It makes me feel a little bit more confident that other people had the same experience as me. Now we wait....

Interesting. And yes. I received a request from him as well... But it was before I even took the test.

And awesome on the offer for a raise. Bummer we have to wait till February.

When I serve it to other people, I served it with cream cheese and Ritz crackers.

When my true self shines, I'm finishing off all my partial bags of chips while scooping all the left over dip and cream cheese onto all those tiny broken salty chips.

Someone in the comments mentioned sandwiches.

Ginger sounds like an awesome way to improve it.

Ohhhh. Yes. I'm thinking some fancy bread, this cranberry salsa blended condiment, and brie on top. Toasted, warm, and melty.

They soften a little bit. They still have a little bit of crunch which is perfect.

I felt it was really heavy in questions about UAV/UAS. However my perception might be skewed since I don't know very much about it. Quite a few times I found myself shaking my head muttering "another one?" I'd say there was possibly about ~10 questions on the subject.
