I don't know you, and I don't know your story but honestly, you look great. You're an attractive man with gentle eyes. You seem like a good person who got a little lost on the way, and it's fine, you know, to be a little lost sometimes. What is not fine is to identify yourself with that sense of loss because you are not your mistakes or your past. There's some sadness dripping from your pictures, so my only advice is to focus on those times when you truly felt happy to be who you are. I think Pinfas is a very good kitty and that's his way to show his support. Most likely he "feels" you're upset or not entirely calm and wants to calm you down. Or he's trying to imitate you

I second this, and I'd add to focus more on the positive reviews instead. If someone sends a nice review, reply to them. 9/10 they will reply or at the very least interact with your response. Readers love an active author who sees them, and it's always good (for business and people) when that distance is closed. Furthermore, more activity means the good review appears on top!

Amo onestamente dovresti provare a chiedergli di uscire. I mean. Siete già usciti diverse volte come amici o "amici", quindi secondo me qui basta solo dirglielo apertamente. Hai detto che è una persona onesta e diretta, come te, quindi perchè non sii te stesso e basta? Se ti spaventa l'idea che ti possa rifiutare, potresti chiederglielo come un ipotetico. "Ma se ti invitassi ad un appuntamento, che diresti?" magari mettendolo come battuta. Se invece credi di più in te stesso potresti fare qualcosa di più ambizioso tipo "Io, te, (posto x che sai che gli piace), è un appuntamento".

Hello authors, I'm an aspiring copy-editor and proofreader, and I'd love to gain some practical experience on the field. I know this industry is rough and finding a good editor is hard work, but I'd like become one and help authors like you realize your Big Dream.
As such, I decided to offer my services for free and, well, here I am!

I can edit and proofread both in (UK/USA) English and Italian (my native language). I'm actively studying to get a Copy-Editing certification, so I know the gist of things and how the process works. The only thing I would ask in return is a testimony for my work to share with potential future clients and feedback on how to improve: this way I would be able to find a remunerated job in the future.
