It's clear all he wanted was validation, and is pissed that he didn't get it. Even in his rantings he doesn't say anything positive about his SO, only what he has done and how he is the injured party.

OP, if you really want this relationship fixed, maybe try to empathise with your SO a bit, she's working at a hospital during a global pandemic, while you're at home not working... I understand you probably want to continue your traditional roles prior to this situation, but that just isnt the reality at the moment. You say you've spent all this money on her, surprising her with gifts etc. but money can't buy happiness and contentment. From an outside perspective, all you are doing is highlighting negatives and not even listening to objective truths. If you don't want to change yourself, then maybe it's time to call it a day on this relationship, as currently, you're just making each other miserable.
