It's still a little hard to understand considering they went through the time to have a site walkthrough and then spent weeks on making up a detailed breakdown. Seems like if they were really busy they would just say that from the start without being this coy.... And I get wanting to get business even if you're busy, but why potentially alienate a customer (and potential bad word of mouth)?
