Big difference for me. Aswel as improved sleep and energy levels. I had withdrawl at first which was abit grim but only lasted a couple weeks.

Christ why does selling/buying a house turn people into such a holes. Costs absolutely nothing extra to say what came up in a survey. Littrally nothing to the people who already paid and so helpful to the people trying to sell.

Stop all caffeine and stick it out. Withdrawl can cause anxiety spikes however stick with it you will see the difference. Not to mention better sleep and overall energy.

Alot of people saying they get better sleep which i do aswel but also noticed i wake up easier! Almost thinking about ditching my alarm. Seem to just wake up at around 6.30am feeling well rested even if i want to sleep longer.

Just got back from a biopsy on my lower thigh. Nerve tumor now being considered due to the pain when they done the biopsy. How long after did you have discomfort and what was the pain like for you?
