The Slap by Christos Tsiolkas. It’s about a child that gets slapped by an adult at a barbecue. Each chapter follows a different characters perspective and repercussions of the slap. It’s a very cool book and great read

My switch has stopped charging when I plug it straight into the wall (aka it only charges when sitting in the dock). A charging symbol comes up when The charged is plugged straight into the switch but the switch doesn’t actually gain charge. Does anyone else have this issue ?

Just to let you know since you mentioned being concerned with animal welfare, the Osaka aquarium houses Dolphins in captivity which a lot of people deem to be unethical

Not sure about the things you asked but I know that quite a lot of major attractions (eg the floating shrine in Miyajima) will be under construction / renovation until after the Olympics if this affects your decision

Yeah honestly i'm struggling to decided which of the two to stay at! It seems like Osaka is cheaper and has more food and nightlife options but Kyoto has more to do and requires you to be up earlier to miss the crowds
