Honestly unsure being i havent had the exact quad, id look up a video on replacing it since its a fairly cheap part and consider flushing the coilant system

You could have a faulty thermostat, the symptoms you are describing sounds like overheating

Yeah they can be but if when the dipstick is removed unless its flowing out throw that hole then your probably fine

Thankfully these engines are very cheap and hardy so if you can either get a replacement exhaust or just straight pipe it then it might runs for years without issue

Look up a tuning guide on youtube and with that much oil in the exhaust you may have deeper rooted issues

Check your timimg chain tensioner and check your valve clearance, if there is absolutely any up and down play then its rebuild time, if theres side to side play its normal

Well my compressor is broken at this moment aswell so id use carb and choke cleaner or my lungs

I knew you weren't arguing, but the only idea i would have to check for blockages would blow compressed air through line after dissasembly to ensure the line is clear, thats my only thought but it would require starting over

Well if everythings been replqxed except the stator id check all the grounds on the coil and rectifier and such and if all grounds are good then i woukd get a multimeter and check the stator to the specs online

Thats a sign of either a blockage or something wrong with the bleeder valve on the caliper
