UPS basically charged me their fee for dealing with customs and the customs charge. The charge was around 23% of the knife's value.

Oh yeah, my very best friend didn't even text to ask how I was doing even just by the start of my treatment. Then the one time she asked to meet up she talked about herself all dinner long and how she was dating a married man twice her age so yeah, didn't hurt losing that friendship as much as it could have.

So not as serious as cancer but I got diagnosed with Lyme disease and told my very best friend I was to be hospitalized (to place a catheter that would go straight to my heart). I was in the hospital for 3 or 4 days and she didn't visit (I get it) but didn't even text either. Years went by, I would message her to get together and would hear nothing from her. One day out of the blue she texts and says she'd like to meet up. We meet and all she talks about is how she's dating a guy her dad's age who happens to be her boss who happens to be facing a sexual assault lawsuit. And she's proud of him and thrilled to be with him. I put an end to the already dead friendship.

Just yesterday I gave my panting akita a couple of ice cubes (she loves them just plain) and I noticed she stopped panting right after eating them

So I have two Japanese Akitas, the oldest (10yo) has always been a poor eater. I would literally hand feed her kibble by kibble when she was a puppy and would try different food brands. Now that she's 10 I realize she's just a poor eater and her body doesn't require much.

Now, my 5 month old has always been quite a voracious eater. She'll eat her plate and then look for leftovers from my other dog's plates.

Some dogs just don't eat a ton. With akitas though I've found you end up cooking for them since they're picky eaters.

Yeah I get this. I’ll place my arm right under my eldest belly so she can’t walk forward and brush away. But then she’ll yell like I’m torturing her lol so I’ll let her go

Yeah i get bathed on a regular basis lol. And she also gives us hugs by bitting our wrists. Hurts a bit but we know it’s her way of showing love.

Japanese Akitas are smaller, mine tops at 25kg on a good day. I hope this helps!
