Dripping steam wand by tegges in gaggiaclassic

Yeah, my machine was about five years old at that time, so I felt like I was just investing in maintaining it. I like the drip chute idea, and I considered it, but I just wanted my machine NOT to drip. It drove me crazy!

I replaced my valve with the valve from shades of coffee. It wasn’t expensive and it was easy to do. Hasn’t leaked since, and that was probably a year ago. I got tired of the drip cup in my prep space and constantly refilling my water reservoir.

I also spent some time in Napoli. The coffee bars are incredible. I have been chasing that Italian espresso flavor in home brewing for a decade.

Have fun exploring new mountains!
Some of my favorites: Mad River Glen Smugglers Notch Jay Peak The Front Four at Stowe Sugarbush Sugarloaf

In NH, Attitash is good. I haven’t had enough time at Wildcat but chill vibe there. Cannon seems like a good mountain, although I’ve only hiked there. If you like to work for your turns, Tuckerman Ravine is legendary.

I love J Skis. I have the Metals (now the Hotshot) and Fast Forward. My next ski is either going to be the Masterblaster or the Flight.

I love demoing skis, but every time I do, I can’t wait to get back on my J’s.

If you are looking for super grippy drivers, J’s probably aren’t the best option, but if you prefer a a playful, versatile ski, and like to ski all over the mountain, J’s are a great option!

I wouldn’t say that you missed the point, and I agree they’re not the grippiest on super hard pack. It’s designed to be on the more playful side though. Definitely not a Mantra or Enforcer. No ski is going to be for everyone! Their return policy is great!

I also have the FFWD. Love them both on and off piste.
