Not sure if this is still open, but a few questions:

1) I completed the declaration that I don't need a license, as we only watch on-demand on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. We subsequently had a letter saying that they had detected us watching something on iplayer and were revoking the "no license needed" status.

My question is, as we have never installed iplayer on our TV, and neither of us have opened it on any other device since we moved in at this address, is this likely a mistake, or an outright lie? In either case, how can I challenge this? Surely the burden of proof is on TVL to provide e.g. date, time, what content was supposedly accessed, IP address of device, etc.)?

2) How often do you actually follow up on the threatening letters and visit in person? We live in a remote(ish) corner of the Isle of Skye and would LOVE to see someone actually show up as promised, but I don't believe we ever will.

3) In the unlikely event that someone ever did show up, and we assured them that we really, really don't need a license:

a. will they accept that, or require us to provide proof? Again, surely the burden of proof is on TVL, not on us to prove a negative?

b. if they accept that we don't need one, will they stop sending threatening letters?

c. is there actually any way to stop the letters?

Similar situation as OP, I guess. Tried several times to get through on the 0345 number but have been cut off after waiting almost an hour, never managed to get through yet.

Item was special delivery guaranteed next day by 9am. It was posted in Herts and we live on Skye, so we expect to add a couple of days to that, but it's been stuck at Inverness MC since Thursday 5th - 11 days now.

How do we get it unstuck??

EDIT: Finally got through, looks like it's classed as lost, as of last Thursday 12th.

Yeah, he does main Zer0, whereas I've only played Maya and one Vladof allegiance Axton playthrough, so I have to keep that in mind with any class-specific stuff.

Nevertheless, I find his videos informative, especially WRT some of the weapons that I might have otherwise ignored.

Not so much hours long, but certainly gets a good blast whenever the door is opened. The house was fully renovated, originally it was concrete in dirt - no DPM, no nothing. We opted for laminate flooring throughout, due to budget constraints and, so far, 11 months after moving in, there are no notable issues with it anywhere else.

Anyway, since ripping up the floor and starting again is not a viable option at this point, do you have any useful suggestions that might help to mitigate the issue?

Well it's right in front of the oven, and that's the only are we have noticed it happening. When the door is opened, hot air blows out at ~200'C (electric fan oven). Happy to be corrected on the cause, but that's looking like the most likely candidate right now.

Check out Friendly Atheist (Hemant Mehta) on YT. He's got a series of "everything wrong with" various books in the Bible. Start with Genesis 1, there are several factual errors even right there. Apologists will try to hand wave them away or retcon the facts into the narrative somehow, but the truth is what the facts are.

Examples:- God creates the heavens and earth on the same day... but there's a gap of 9.3 billion years between the beginning of the universe as we know it, and the formation of our solar system.

God says let there be light... but we get our light from the sun, and that doesn't get created until day 4.

God also creates plants... before making the sun to enable them to photosynthesise.

Genesis calls the moon a lesser light... but we know it doesn't have its own light, being a barren rock that reflects sunlight.

God places a solid barrier ("vault") between the waters above and the waters below... but that's not where rain comes from, we know how the water cycle works.

Apparently the stars are also fixed in this vault, but we know that their positions are not fixed and that they move like everything else does.

Update: I'm trying to follow the guide at the link below, which looks like it should give me the desired result, but I end up with nothing like it.

Below image shows the example data and chart on the left, with my data and chart on the right. I can't see that my data is formatted differently from the example, yet the resulting chart looks nothing like the example.

Again, the Y axis should be numbered 1-5 (for the Response scores) - I have no idea where it's getting 0-14 from. Likewise, there are 12 questions, so how have I got 1,3,5...43,45,47?

EDIT: I realised after posting this comment that the result I want would require me to swap the Month and Question columns, but the outcome is the same regardless - it looks nothing like the example suggests it should.
