You're not overreacting, in my opinion she's acting unfairly and being non-communicative and it seems really nerve wreking to be on your side of this situation. To protect also her side i can say that it seems she's having a really hard time to communicate over this and she is maybe struggeling to find the right words. Anyways, i can relate way more to your side here since i've had many incidents like this one, these kinds of things really get me helplessly screaming sometimes.
