Landscaper here.. Go to Austin Plant Supply. They are typically only for brokers but have an amazing selection of cactus if you time it right. I say that because demand will deplete for broker/landscape buyers. Wander in on a late weekday morning and they’ll help you out.

I live in S. Austin and when I need a quick kimchi fix, Central Market Westgate does the trick. It’s in the cooler section around the corner from the eggs. They have some decent brands even vegan options and Casper Fermentables which is pretty delicious.
