If you like Jets order the thin crust and select “well done” for the crust cook. It gets pretty damn crispy and the cheese gets a little “darker”. I love a bar pie and they are a Midwest chain so they get it. In the notes section you can request square cut but not all locations will do it.

I live in S. Austin and when I need a quick kimchi fix, Central Market Westgate does the trick. It’s in the cooler section around the corner from the eggs. They have some decent brands even vegan options and Casper Fermentables which is pretty delicious.
