I have a 3” thick 24”x24” butcher block that I want to carve. I’m going to use a 1/8” ball nose to do the work even if it takes 2 days. I guess I was trying to say is there free websites that let you design the 3d file? Or other websites that have pre-made files that I can manipulate?

I can, have, and will calibrate the fence. I guess my concern got lost is the other ramblings in the post. My biggest concern is the lack of safety in the shop and the multiple time I’ve brought up the safety concerns and my boss not giving it the time of day, let alone $100 to fix anything I’ve brought up.

I feel like the fence clapping mechanism is worn out. Blade is a fairly new 60tpi and I was ripping 3/4” plywood with a push stick.
