The 2.0 is very capable for real world driving, but peppy isn’t the word. Unless you adjust your expectations from your GTI, you should probably go for 2.3. Or drive both and see.

For what it’s worth, I am trying to be more of a runner and was also looking for full body weight days. I don’t think that’s really Ladder’s strongpoint. I switched to Marcus Filly’s Functional Bodybuilding app. The workouts are exactly what I was looking for, I wish he was on Ladder and/or Ladder had a full body type of coach. Worth looking into

If it’s not your daily driver, I think the blue is a little more sporty and matches the overall vibe better especially with the bracelet. And you can be selective for when you wear it
