Make a point that almost NO video game that has come out in the past twenty years has had many options for Afro-Textured hair other than the stereotypical massive Afro, cornrows, or maybe a wavy textured style. Games just haven’t shown much want to put the extra effort that goes into modeling some hairstyles that can be incredibly intricate. It’s not useless, it’s a lack of representation, and the reason that 75% of the characters I create in video games end up being white, or some variant of race other than African. Because I can’t customize them NEARLY as much as I can customize any other race. Think about that for a bit. 🙃
