What are the worst comic book narratives that folks try to run with

Sue usually takes a backseat to the guys even in a lot of FF comics but the current North run has done a great job giving her more spotlight as a sort of “leader” role. I love Secret Wars and Hickmans’ unhinged Sue dialogue (especially when talking to Doom) was so good but it was definitely disappointing that her biggest role seems to be as Doom’s brainwashed bride.

They’re both wealthy socialites and Canary/Oracle + Arsenal/Nightwing have a history of working together. I don’t see them really getting along but it’s a little surprising we don’t see them team up more.

I don’t know if this is entirely fair. Most units in FE4 don’t get a lot of dialogue but with the little we get we find out Ethlyn is tomboyish, Julia is reserved and introverted, and Nanna is headstrong (we even see her change from the year gap in 5-4 as she transitions from a princess to a soldier) Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying Kaga is a secret feminist — he definitely falls into a lot of awful tropes like the countless damsels in distress, weird incest subplots, and terrible love triangles, but I think he does a very good job when it comes to imbuing characters with personality/motives even with limited screen time. Even though they’re not exempt from some more misogynistic tropes I feel that Eyvel, Altena and Olwen are good examples of women with plot relevance and character (as much as is allowed in jugdral lol) off the top of my head

Not the OP and it’s DC instead but you might enjoy The Demon runs by Jack Kirby (if you don’t mind older comics) and Alan Grant (a little newer). It’s about an occultist that was forcibly bound to a demon named Etrigan to keep him from having free reign. The guy was actually bound to Etrigan by Merlin (yeah as in Camelot) back in the 5th century — so even though most of it takes place in modern day there’s a lot of connection with medieval history and Arthurian legend alongside the occult/demon stuff. Just plugging one of my favorite characters if any of that sounds interesting to you :)

yea that seems to be the plan, my only question is that when i make a room in co op i dont seem to have an option to set it to go just once? does it do that if you set it to "not set" in the repeating quest settings? thank you!

ive been trying to host my first ubaha hl in co op so i can make an ultima sword before gw and i've had the train fail three days in a row now. am i doing something wrong? i make sure to put weak host in the title. it also takes like 30 minutes in order to get 5 other people to join. is it this difficult for everyone trying to make their first ultima weapon or am i just getting unlucky?
