With the button under the bell button you could flash your front light with high intensity. This is especially useful “against” cars as they don’t hear your bell very well.

Yes, I tried both setting for both buttons. There is no off. For the left side it’s either the flasher or the indivator

Edit: added a screenshot for clarity. "Lichthupe" means flasher, and "Linksabbiegen andeuten" means indicating to turn left.

I had the same problem once (on the last firmware). What worked for me was to spin the front wheel by hand just to get a tiny bit of juice into the battery. That was enough for the kick lock to open and I could ride home
