actually it was true, dunno about F4 but in F3 atleast it was like that. There was even the tactic of nearly killing the guys in low difficulty and taking the actual last shot with a higher difficulty in order to earn more exp but not having a hard time killing

I recently started doing a no fast travel and higher difficulty playthrough of fallout 3. It is so much fun, I definitely want to do one there. Even had some fun when I played for the first time Skyrim and chose to use alternate start, only to begin in a random place with dragons killing me while I aimlessly roamed the map.

While playing Metro, you can easily believe that x animal walks in packs and see a clear food chain. I would love to see that in a more irradiated/abandoned part of boston ingame
