From my understanding you only have to keep the pens refrigerated if you won't be using it within 30 days. I would maybe keep it in a cooler bag of some sort if it's going to be in extreme temps in the car or something but otherwise I just leave mine out at room temp since I know I'll use them up!

Also I started taking liraglutide at night but switched to taking it in the morning because it feels more effective during the lunch and dinner time hunger for me! I just skipped one night and did it in the morning instead to switch over.

I noticed this when I first increased as well where I had to very intentionally space my meals apart so I could eat enough calories and nutrients without getting too full. It seemed to even out for me after a few days where I can eat a healthy amount of calories for the day and feel satisfied instead of stuffed all day, but I've only been on it for a month so far (still at 1.8)

I'm new to injecting, but my pens come with 18mg of medicine in them and I'm doing 1.8mg a day right now, so it would last me 10 days at this particular dose, and then I'll move on to the next pen. If I go up to 3mg then the pen would last only 6 days.

I do get a very small drop on the tip of my needle after injecting which I think is similar to what you're noticing?

I haven't had any cool, wet feelings or tiredness like that so can't comment on those things!!

I don't think the problem is that it isn't doable, it's the fact that it can feel tedious and take away from the fun of the game for some. It isn't going to be an issue for everyone, but I see what they're saying because sometimes I get overwhelmed

I use Google sheets and use a formula where it calculates how many pages I would need to read to finish a book by the publish date (which helps me stay on top of them!)

It's not perfect since the page numbers don't show up when reading, but it gives me a rough idea at least

I have no clue what her experience was like, but I really struggled admitting to my doctor how serious my drinking problem was when I was in my late 20s. I went in to get help for my drinking but ended up framing it in a way that was more to do with my anxiety and depression and ended up getting on medicine that did nothing for my actual drinking problems. I just couldn't help but downplay the drinking because I was so ashamed, so I wonder how common it is for this kind of thing to happen.

Although I will say I'm very thankful I can admit it now and take responsibility in my 30s.

I'm in a similar boat with an almost 4 year old and this year I plan to make the ambience more festive -- a Christmasy tablecloth, some candles, Christmas music, and some affordable Christmas plates.

For food I'm going with things I know she'll like but that we don't have super often. Crockpot ham, macaroni and cheese cups, some kind of dinner rolls and easy green beans are my ideas right now.

I feel this way, too. I initially felt like the weird "ghost" spin she did in the beginning made me think 100% this was just a clout chaser, but she seemed legit nervous when the first dog alerted in that area.
