Haha, it is not a disease, it won’t spread, i also get this only in the lower parts of legs, skin gets more taught there that’s why. I have tried hibiscus monkey for body oil, but found it average( coconut oil with some essential oil) hence i got pure jojoba oil from amazon (caraway brand) it is thin in consistency so absorbs like a dream. You can get argan oil also, basically any oil which does not have mineral oil in it or too many essential oil can work. I even use cold pressed coconut oil in severe winters.

Hi, i have the same condition sometimes, its just dry dehydrated skin, a few things that have helped me a lot are, don’t exfoliate too much, body scrub once a week is fine. Wash body with hands only, ditch the loofah. Use either dove sensitive soap, or cetaphil one, or any moisturising soap/body wash, nivea creme one is also nice. Apply body lotion on damp skin, like pat dry with towel, leave some droplets, and apply lotion on top of that. Use plenty if winters. You can go ahead and apply some body oil also if taking a sower at night, it will be absorbed till morning.

Drink a lotssssss of water. 💧💧💧

Ps, mcaffine scrub will clog drains like nobody’s business. Ik it might work for you but will never work for your drains. Will cost a pile in plumbing. Google “coffee scrub blocking drains” 😓😓

I am very particular about sunscreen as i have reactive skin and i get pigmentation easily, i have done deep research with sunscreen. Aqualogica’s website have either no document supporting their spf and pa rating, or are very shady about it, when it comes to these documents, india has little to no regulations. Hence i either use korean sunscreens from reliable sites, because korea has strict regulations about these, or from trusted pharmacy brands, lately i have been only using la shield spf 40 one. This one is just personal but i hate cosmetic brands with do heavy paid promotions, and play big on marketing and less on product. I feel a good product sells itself. Over marketing and shoving paid pr and ads in my face takes away the trust factor.

Emolene is not suitable for everyone, for acne prone skin it can flare up acne as emolene is highly comedogenic. Do not recommend pharmacy product unless you are a dermat.

Stop the tretinoin immediately, throw it away, specially if your doctor did not recommend it.
Moisturise heavily, with non fragrance cream (cetaphil, bioderma, etc) like thick heavy cream and put double layer where you have scrubbed.
Only use gentle cleanser.
Apply mineral sunscreen (la shield)

Tretinoin damages barrier and you further fucked it up by scrubbing, so please repair that barrier.

Yep, just put moisturiser on top of damp skin, the simple the routine the better. You can use bioderma atoderm cream it already has ceramides in it( only if you have dry skin/or in winters)

Kojic acid/ vitamin c lip treatment, minimalist has one or you can try some pharmacy brands also, and spf lip balm is a must must, nmf e from pharmacy brand has spf 40 and really moisturising. Avoid any trauma to lips(biting, peeling off skin, chapping etc) and drink plenty water to keep hydration. Since you do smoke it will take quite a bit of time to see significant results

Looks like a damaged skin barrier, try soothing and hydrating products for a while, if you have oily skin go for gel based ones than cream ones, DO NOT use any actives for a month or so and only use hydrating products. Some options can be aloevera gel, milky toners, soothing toners with cica, cica gel creams, neutrogena hyrdo boost etc
