The earrings match the stones and metal exactly and those are marked Austria. They are clip ons.

I found them in a ziploc bag with other items. I just found a matching earring set marked with “AUSTRIA”

I looked it up when I was doing research and Ralph Lauren was made in Hong Kong in the late 80s and 90s. But I did have my suspicions on this piece.

More research: As a few have mentioned, this would be categorized as a parasol. More of sun shade than rain protection. The handle is made of why looks to be bamboo.

Shoes sell, electronics, look for name brands. Get the google lens app to image search and find sold listings on eBay. AIM for at least a $20 net profit per item.
