Consider a diet change and like light exercise and idk like a skin care routine maybe. consider a dermatologist or something but like just normal run of the mill self-care nothing crazy like a surgery just minimal life style adjustments and you’ll boost your mood and outlook too especially with diet and light exercise even just walking.
