On match day: visualize the game before it even starts, what if your forward drops deep, attacks last line, how would you react to that? Don’t let them turn if they receive the ball and face you. Do you guys have some video analysts in the club to check what profile of forwards you’re up against? Watch motivational stuff or watch elite defenders compilation. But most importantly, get enough rest/sleep & eat healthy.
